Mariana Rodriguez
Mariana Rodríguez Elizondo is a lawyer and academic with master’s degrees in French Language and Culture, International Business, and International Law. She has served as a professor and director at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Querétaro and Central Region, where she has been instrumental in shaping future leaders. Has participated as a board member of organizations such as the Lyncott Foundation and the Culver Academies CPA.
With extensive international experience in France, Spain, and Switzerland, she has developed a deep understanding of legal, economic, and cultural frameworks across various regions. Her areas of expertise include Finance, Comparative Law, Dispute Resolution, Intercultural Studies, as well as team development, defining challenges, and creating strategies for academic growth.
Her integrative and multidisciplinary approach enables her to design educational programs that foster a global perspective while managing projects and international collaborations that promote academic cooperation on a global scale.

Paty Jacques
Patricia is a renowned leader and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in education, internationalization, innovation, finance, project management, and fostering collaborative opportunities between individuals and organizations. She currently serves as co-founder of ADAPTA.
With a distinguished professional track record and extensive international experience, Patricia has worked with prestigious institutions globally, including Tec de Monterrey, Harvard University, Seaboard Corporation, and Vector Casa de Bolsa.
She holds a Master's in Educational Technologies from Harvard Extension School, a Master's in Administration and Leadership from Duxx, and is a Certified Public Accountant from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
Motivated by her passion for internationalization, social impact, women's empowerment, and innovation, Patricia co-founded ADAPTA.
